Had an enjoyable stay for the upcoming vacation, would stay here again. Everything was very comfortable, unbeatable location down a hill, the staff were dedicated. The room was large, and we had a pleasant view of the ocean. Ideally located really close to Tokyo train station, the Disney monorail which is very convenient for getting to-and-from Disney Land and Disney Sea Tokyo, and great shops, restaurants and supermarkets, liked it.

Fruit, omelet, and bacon were amazing and complemented the buffet breakfast. This hotel had a central position to the Disney train line. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Generally clean and huge units with park view as well as great views.

I would come here again or recommend it to others. It is an extremely convenient property located in Urayasu district so close to monorail or shuttle bus. The premium American company's attraction and shopping center at the station had a huge array of restaurants to choose from.

They have a good quality breakfast at a reasonable price, a variety of food options available, and in addition, they offer early check-in and late check-out, a modern room equipped with everything you need.

Ideally located hotel really close to other restaurants, and Disneyland and sea. Delicious food for breakfast in the club.

The rooms here are kept in good shape and the breakfast buffet has a wide range of dishes to choose from. Also, it's conveniently situated in the Tokyo Shinjuku area, making it easy to explore around 🌟.

Outstanding food including scrambled eggs, tea, fruit, and bacon at the breakfast. Newly remodelled room, nice hot breakfasts. Location next to the monorail station, the metro and Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea and a tourist area so close to the connecting monorail to Disneyland/sea. Plus, near Mermaid Lagoon.

Beds were too soft.

Well-maintained rooms were recently refurbished with 4 beds. The breakfast was good hot at the Grand Cafe, the food was outstanding. The property was ideally situated just a short walk away from Aquatopia.

The hotel was romantic and clean. The location was good and pretty. The room was well-maintained. It had its own balcony and plenty of space. Excellent service. Ideally situated near the train station, Tokyo Disneyland, and Tokyo Disney Sea. Friendly people at the station.

our recent stay at sheraton in urayasu was amazing. the hotel exceeded our expectations with its convenient location near disneyland and the great views of tokyo bay. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. overall, a fantastic experience.

Slow assistance with bed joining.

Good access from/to two airports by bus. Impressive lobby. Good children's playing facility. View to the Disney castle.

Somewhat disappointed mainly due to lack of the individual service. Felt treated as numbers and frustrated to see the hotel was ruling customers rather than other way round. Probably there are some issues in the hotel management's policy, as we saw individual staff were trying their best. 7th floor, which is allocated for families is formerly smoking floor and still very strong odour remained, and also decor was dated. We complained then they kindly moved us to 8th floor, which was much better. A toilet near-by children's play area was not very clean. The wall mounted shampoo / body soap dispenser is Eco but not usually seen in the 4* hotel. Overall not the Sheraton quality. Sorry.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious room. Loved the bed and linens. I will return again. : )
